I've noticed that a few people seemed to have found a way to use the Xlite SIP soft phone for the UC500 system, but, even after following the guides on this site, I can't seem to get it working 100%. I can get the phone to register and dial other phones successfully, but when I dial Voicemail, I get no audio even though it connects. Any suggestions? |

Resolution Found
Apparently, since I was connecting over VPN, I needed to fix the ACL to CUE to allow the external IP address of the UC520 for whatever reason. Thank you everyone for your help!
Configs Needed
Can you post the voice register pool config, voie register DN, CUE dial peers and CUE config?

Sounds like a Gateway
Sounds like a Gateway issue... Tell me where you are trying to use the SIP softphone from?? Local or remote?
Can you PING the Voice network side of things from the PC? Usually 10.1.1.1 and or 10.1.10.1?
