Willing to pay for UC500 or Call Manager Express Config and diagram

Does anyone have 15 mins and a want to make some money? I am an experienced Cisco professional who needs to get a glimpse at what pieces comprise a working call manager express system and very simply how it is configured. Also if anyone has experience with the UC500 system, I would be willing to pay someone $50 or so for a quick chat.

Thanks,
Eric Miller

RingList.xml

The RingList.xml file is case sensitive. Check to see that it exists and has your ringtones listed. Also make sure there is a tftp server RingList.xml statement in your configuration. That statement allows the tftp process to serve the file to individual phones.

Check out this link for more information http://uc500.com/creating-custom-ringtones-for-cme

Hope that helps,

Ted

UC500 bugs

IIs Is there a reason why I can't select more than the default chirp for ring tones?

I get an error saying file not found:Ringlist.xml
Even though there are about 20 different ring files loaded in the router.
Also, the gui seems to run awfully slow. Is this normal?
And, how do I change or alter the auto attendant scripts?

What do you want to know...? I'll give you a braindump.
