Where does it save the voicemail greeting files? On a full-blown (not-express) call manager server, you can find the actual WAV files, but I don't see the WAV files anywhere on the UC500. I assume it is hidden away where all the voicemails get saved, but there must be some sort of way to get to it so that you can clean it up, right? Anyone know where these files are stored or how to get to them? thanks! |

These files are indeed on
These files are indeed on the Unity Express ISM, but are unfortunately well protected from any kind of user interference. You can't reach them, alter them, delete them, anything. The entire voicemail application and its datafiles (including voice prompts and the messages themselves) are very protected by Cisco.
The only thing you can do, is upload new language packs from Cisco.

Voicemail WAV Files
is there a way to list and manage them? so, if you do a VM greeting recording, is there a command where I can see that file and delete it or overwrite it with another file that I recorded somewhere else?
