What else can we do to make this site a better resource for Cisco Small and Medium Business products?
I've added a general discussion topic in the forums to put off topic posts.
I'm open for ideas about additional forums or suggestions to add to the guides to make this site better.
Traffic on http://uc500.com is really starting to take off and I'm very happy at how busy the forums are so far.
If anyone is interested in adding static topics for the configuration guides on the site please let me know as well.
What more can we add?

Software Integration Section.
I would add a new section dedicated to the software integration, i.e Unified Call Connector, Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, and other software pieces that can greatly extend the functionality (unless you try to use the UCC server in which nothing will work).

I would say engage Cisco SMB
I would say engage Cisco SMB team for some resources. One thing I would HIGHLY suggest, if you haven't already, pursue your Select Certification. This allows for a Not for Retail purchase of cisco gear at 70% off list. If one is serious about selling UC500's in a SMB setting, I would say buy a DemoBox 1.0 from Cisco. Ours cost about 2,000$ and has a 7971 (even though they are EOL in a month or two) 7921, and 7911.
Another suggestion I would make is. Provide a default configuration file for the users. When they start up CCA is adds *SO MUCH* useless stuff to the config it'll take you half a year to read through it all. I went through and really slimmed mine down.
ALSO. *FYI* PPPoE is very very shakey on these from what I've noticed. If you are buying a UC520 -- BUY A SMARTNET CONTRACT.
