UC500.com

Whenever i call to any mailbox, it connects to the cue and the prompts are right on the spot but right after the beep and i leave a message and hit pound it says, please record a message that is at least 2 seconds long.... also no message is being left in the users mailbox. I dont see where i could set that anywhere, whats the command in CLI?
