Is there anyway on the Cisco 7970's to NOT have 5 flashing envelopes on screen for lines that you monitor? I'm just monitoring if they're on the phone or not, I don't care if they have voicemails. :\ |

Line Monitor
Not on a line monitor. If you want to get rid of the envelops, I believe you can when you setup an overlay, however, your phone will ring as well.
