Hi Guys, We've got a reception phone 7960 with expansion module. There are about 8 different incoming numbers (DID), mapped to different lines on the phone. We want to be able to create a voice mail box for each of these lines. However it will only let us create it for line 1 of the handset. I have tried manually creating the mailboxes in unity express, but am unable to assign them to the lines. Any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need further clarification. If you have an ephone-dn for each line on the system, I don't see where this would be a problem. The mailbox has to belong to a user of group, so you could build dummy users for this and assign the appropriate dn.
Actually, while I was writing this I just created some mailboxes and assigned numbers that don't even exist on my system.
The part about TAC is just silly, unless I'm totally missing something.
