I am looking for some assistance. I installed a UC520 for a client and they have a few requests that I am having issues with. 1, The MWI still doesn't seem to work? I have had this issue at my office with CCME on a 2600 router? 2, The users have 2 DID's and they would like to have both numbers go into the same voice mailbox. I can only seem to get it to connect to one and cannot seem to fiugure out how to have DID 2 go into DID 1's VM box 3, I can get notification to work and send the voicemail into the Exchange system but I am wonder if there really is an Imap client that is out and works. I would like to send the message to Exchange and not have the user have to go back into Unity to delete the messages. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks |
