This website has been very helpful since i have started working with UC520. Unfortunately I am not very fluent on this device still finding my way around so not even sure if I am asking this question is the rightway but if you could be helpful it would be greatly appreciated. My probem is I know how to schedule business hours and assoicate that w/ my system script that manages the Autoattend. My question is it possible to create another auto attend script or add a functionality in the existing one so that when the system gets called during off hours, it would play new prompt with new key functions. Possibly forwarding call to some cell phones with a hunt group.

I hope my question was clear enough, even pointing our the right direction would help, I was looking at Night Bell service but didn't see any auto attend functions.
