I am planning to upgrade the firmware of several Cisco 3911 phones connect to my UC520 to fix a bug (phone locking up when accessing the directory) in the previous released firmware. The thing is, I've researched the CME Administration guide on uploading phone's firmware's to the UC520 but all it documented were for 7*** series phones only (various configurations needed like using load command in telephony-service).

Are there any references for uploading/configuring new firmware for 3911/3951 series of SIP Phones? Also, are there other variables to consider like the needed software version of CME itself?
