Upgrade to CUE 3.0.3

Hi, i am trying to upgrade my UC520W with the CUE-version 3.0.3, but it doesn't work. I've tried several possibilities but on the Cisco site they speak of "software install... ", my CLI doesn't know this command...

Can someone help pls?

The command "software

The command "software install upgrade url ...." must be done in the CUE prompt, not the CME prompt.
you must enter to "service-module service engine .... first".

Doesn't work

I've tried it with CCA 1.7 but i've got a message saying: Software upgrade of CUE module is not supported on UC520. I am running IOS 12.4(11)XW7 - ADV-IP-SERV...

For the ease of upgrade,

For the ease of upgrade, better used CCA 1.7 to do the upgrade.
That command line only can be enter in CUE terminal
