Cisco has released 4.2(5) of the UC520 support software. You can get it by going to Cisco.com and going to Downloads, then Voice Software, and clicking on UC520. Looks like the package includes new default configuration files with some changes and bug fixes, make sure to compare the old factory config to the new one to see the changes, and add them to your current configs. Most notable are some ACL and Inspection rule changes to resolve SIP trunking issues. Also included is a new AA script, AA_SBCS_v01 which should be very cool. I have not tried it out yet, but it is said to include dial-at-any-time extensions, dial by name, and customizable business hours.

AA
are you configuring it with the CUE UI or in CCA (1.5+)? all you should have to do is upload it, select it for use as your script, and fill out all the necessary info. I'll try to configure it tomorrow and see if i can figure it out. What exactly are you having a problem with?
New AA Script
Does anyone know how to use this new AA_SBCS_v01 script with the CCA? I uploaded in the CUE but can not get it to work properly.
Thanks,
