Hello:
I've demo UC520 box with 2 IP phone and wireless phone 7931, 7970 ,7921, Cisco send us a jar file tell us to change the mac address with actual mac address of the devices, and place in backup folder and try to resotre from there so, we've demo with all the functionality, can show the clients, problem was when ever we tried to restore, i got the error message "(jave.lang.NullPointerException), even Mr.Cisco couldn't solved the problem so what I did I convert into word pad and then paste on CLI interface and it's working but when I go to the user profile I only see the analog phone not ephone and still I got the same error message.
any help would really appreciate. and Wireless Phone 7921 never work it's just keep searching the network
