If you are actually asking about CallManager Express 7.0, then yes. Starting at CME '4.3' it looks like it has been rebadged as CME 7.0.
You have to updated to the new IOS (12.4-20T1), which is still pretty buggy. It is not included in the newest UC520 support package (4.2.9). If you need features like the octo-line, transfervm softkey, and call record, it may be worth it. Otherwise, i'd stay away until it is included in the UC520 file package.

Not possible
UC500 is an IOS platform, whereas Cisco Unified Call Manager only runs on Linux (and some previous versions on Windows).
