UC520 4.2(8) and CCA 1.7 Upgrade Fails

Hello.

I have been trying to upgrade the to the latest UC520 release using CCA1.7 as required but it times out loading the CME load files.

Has anyone succesfully upgraded to the latest release?

Is there another way of upgrading the CUE to 3.03 other than using CCA?

	#3Submitted by ttrentler on Fri, 07/25/2008 - 23:08. yes from the command line you can upgrade CUE from the command line in CUE you can use the software install upgrade command. You must unpak the CUE files from the ZIP distribution and put them on a FTP server. Just follow the CUE administrator's guide instructions. By The way - The reason most people's upgrades fail when using CCA is because they have a firewall on their PC killing the FTP connection. Also try plugging directly into a ethernet port on the UC520. Ted Login or register to post comments
