UC500 Inbound number

I am setting up UC500 for the first time. I created a basic auto attendant script and I want all calls to my main number to go to auto attendant script. I gave the script extension 1000. I plugged my anolog line into the FXO port 0/1/0, but when I call the main number, all I get is a busy signal. If I dial the extension 1000 from IP phone, I get the auto attendant script as expected. I have added connection PLAR opx 1000 to voice port 0/1/0. Any suggestions are appreciated.

UC500 inbound

what type of signaling is your analog line? Loop or ground start.
If it is ground start for a tip and ring reverse.

Bounce the voice port

Do shut, no shut, under voice port. Some changes require a reboot of the port to take.
