UC500 Cisco Links

First time install of CUC500

I have been given a CUC500 to install on a site. I plan to get a SIP trunk to connect him to the outside world. He will have 3 analogue phones and a fax ( I was going to put these on the FXS card) and 4 IP phones, 4 PCs and a server connected to the 8 LAN ports. I need a bit of guidance regarding sequence/config for these devices. In addition they want to use the firewall, auto attendant and wireless capability. Any advise or example configs would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

changing default ip address

i have to add the uc500 to an existing network on a different subnet than the default. Is there a procedure to do this or just change the bvi ip address via the cli. Also i will need to disable DHCP as we have a small business server which acts as a dhcp server which i also need to point to the voice vlan???

Me 2

I am looking for the same change info. The system will not let you change the IP for VLAN1. I can go to the CLI and change the config from there but was told not to use the CLI due to issues once you start using Config Assist.

Why you need to put the

Why you need to put the server on the voice lan? That is not necessary. If you disable dhcp, the phone will need to be configured manualy and that is a MAJOR inconvenient. The way it works by default is the easier and better, believe me.

PS next time open a new thread for problems as this is dedicated to something else.
