Hello As written on cisco.com the UC500 8/16 User support 2 remote phones. The other versions 24/32/48 support 4 remote phones. I need to install now a 16 user version with a remote office. there will be 2 phones and 1 ata in the remote office. I have done this several times with callmanager express and it worked great. How is this now with the uc500? It is technical not possible, because of the remote phone / Teleworker limitation? Or is it only a issue with the license of the phones? Thanks for the help! UC500 With more then one site
when its time to expand you can drop another UC500 at that location maybe only an 8 user edition, just create a dial peer and you are off the races. we have this working between our two sites.
I would like to know if there is a restriction of how many dial peers you can have? As it stands now i have one between the sites, the Unity express and Exchange 2007, Any one have any ideas or can you just keep adding?
Thanks!

You can have 10 simultaneous
You can have 10 simultaneous VPN connections on the UC500.
The Uc500 has 2 extra remote IP licenses, however any one of the original 16 phone licenses can be used for remote teleworkers.
If the client prefers a physcial phone at the remote site you will require the 870-871 router to ensure that you have voice priortization and a good VPN connection.
With the Softphone, the client will only require that the VPN client be loaded on the PC/Laptop.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Anthony
