UC500 and Auto Attendant greeting

Hello all,

I got a demo UC500 from cisco in my office. So far so good. However, I have bee trying to figure out how to change the greeting for the Auto Attendant (Extension 200) and not luck so far.

Do you have any idea on how to customize it ??

Cheers,

Victor

Auto Attendant

A couple things about the Auto Attendant on the UC520.
Onboard the chassis is a separate card for Unity Express. Unity Express shares PCI BUS, a Ethernet and virtual Console connection with The main Box. There is a separate editor program for the auto Attendant. You create a auto Attendant Script than upload it of Unity Express. Next you record or upload the prompts. (.wav files) and create an application associated with a trigger number. look at Cisco's guide to creating scripts here.

Or for an easier reference get the Cisco Press book here.
