Temporary Call Forward that doesn't leave the UC500 system?!

For anyone using both a cell phone in connection with the UC500.

Is it possible to hide the appearance of a cell phone.

For example.

John Doe calls in to main number, enters in the extension for the teleworker, UC500 then rings the teleworker’s cell and pulls John Doe back to the UC500 voicemail before the teleworker’s voicemail is answers.

In doing so, John Doe is unaware that the call was temporarily forwarded and the voicemail remains on the UC500.

This condition would apply always for this teleworker although would be great if it can be used for local staff as well instead of just doing a straight Call Forward.

I have that order on the way

I have that order on the way as I wasn't able to get in in April from my distributor. Will try that when it arrives.

We have a very similar

We have a very similar situation. The only way to accomplish what you are looking to do is by using Cisco Unified Call Connector/Mobility. This will give you single number reach features and will bring the call back to vm if it goes unanswered.
