I have a customer with UC520 and UCC client installed on one computer. We use an application called Connectwise that is TAPI-aware, and the tapi support seems to work well. However when I try it from the UCC TAPI driver, it just makes the phone go offhook but the never dials anything. Dialling from Outlook via TAPI works fine. |
