All, Does anyone know where the spreadsheet download is? I'm looking for that spreadsheet used to view the B-ACD reports. I could swear Cisco provided one but I'm unable to find it at this time. For that matter, I'm finding it hard to find anything for the UC500 so if anyone could drop a link that would be great. |
