Has anyone setup the Nokia cell phones with SCCP to work with CME? I'm trying to figure out how to have single number reach for these users. How can we have CME redirect the calls automatically to the cell number when they leave the office and the SCCP client becomes unregistered.
The closest thing I can do now is use "call-forward noan..." to the cell number. This would cause it to ring as a sccp phone and then in cell mode in the office if not answered in the office and use the cell voicemail which is lame.
Also, anyone know how to have a single voicemail on CUE rather than a CUE mailbox and a cellular mailbox the user needs to check?
Thanks
Single number reach with Nokia Cell Phones with SCCP software on
May be I don't understand the question but
you can try to enable the "Forward no register" to the cell phone DN-number.
The Dn-number of the nokia shud be only of the nokia SCCP client and the desktop phone (if the user has got one) shud have the line of the nokia in monitor(if you whant) not shared line.
When the nokia is out of the WiFi the cliene is not registered.
If you whant the shared line the user must deregister also the desktop phone manually.
It is not a "chic" solution but It should work.
Bye.

Single Number Reach
Hi zcarguy240,
Nokia's Intellisync CallConnect SCCP client is just a SCCP client for Nokia E-series, no more, no less. When installed and properly configured on a E-series, it allows a Nokia to detect the WLAN and automatically register to CME. So at the office, the Nokia will just be another IP phone on the network. Outside the office, it will be a mobile phone.
For Single Number Reach functionality, please have a look at Cisco's Unified CallConnector Mobility, see Cisco Unified CallConnector. This'll allow the users themselves to configure up to four phones to ring when called, depending on a number of criteria. Through Unified CallConnector Mobility's Single Number Reach functionality, CUE will be the only voicemail inbox used (unless the caller directly dials the user's mobile phone number).
Good luck!
