voicemail password reset
i've tried everything to reset a password nothing seem to work. if someone forgets their mailbox password how do you reset it?
Did you log into the CUE
Did you log into the CUE GUI, probably 10.1.10.1?

Not sure what you mean by
Not sure what you mean by reset the voicemail box, but the password can be reset via CLI or the Unity GUI.
Point your web browser to the IP of the integrated-service-engine module to get to the GUI.
Alternatively you can get to the CUE CLI from the the UC520 CLI by typing:
service-module integrated-service-engine 0/0 session
