remote DND

I have issues with remote phones connected VIA VPN not responding to the DND button. I can CFA to CUE, but the DND just rings. It silences the ring, if I hit the DND a second time the call breaks up and drops. DND works fine with the local phones. Has anyone else had similar problems?
