Press Envelope and have to enter mailbox

Has anyone experienced the behavior where you press the envelope to check your voice mail and you are not taken directly to your own mailbox.

This is happening on the 524G phones on a new deployment.
I have never seen this happen before.

The system is the latest stable build, 7.0.2 .

All throught the CCA

Everything has been configured with the CCA so I can't imagine that would be a problem.

There is no translation that would make it a 4 or an e164 either.

CCA is less than perfect in

CCA is less than perfect in many ways.

Have you logged into the system via CLI or the actual GUI interface to the CUE (not CCA) and verified your config?

yes on the less than perfect but it's getting better with 2.0.

Yes, If you are are dialing

Yes, If you are are dialing CUE (voicemail) from an extension that is not associated with a mailbox you will get this error. Double check your user profiles.

Also, depending on what is going on in your system your calling number may not be what you expect. Example if you are using 4 digit extensions on you phones but you have the dial-plan command configured or a translation rule somewhere your numbers may be expanded to the full e164 number and if your voicemail is only looking for 4 digit extensions you will see the behavior that you are experiencing.
