Does anyone know of anywhere in the CCME GUI to change the phone type? I have 3 7971Gs. All three initially gave me the "Load ID Incorrect" error when connected to the system. Apparently, CCA thought they were 7960s so I uploaded them as such in CCA and then changed the phone type in the CLI by using the "type" command. All 3 appeared to load correctly at that point. However, upon check the "Device>Phone" window for each of these phones in the GUI, I see that CCME is recognizing them as 7960s. Because of this, the PC ports do not function, and I only have access to 6 of the 8 line buttons. Any suggestions?

Not sure what I was thinking when I posted but I realize that this should have posted this in the CCME board. Anyway, I have found a bit more information if anyone has a chance to look at it. While the output from show running-config lists the 7971s correctly as "type 7971", the output from show ephone summary for one of the 7971s looks like this:

showing the phone as type 7960. I obviously missed the config somewhere, anyone have an idea? I've sent these files over to TAC, but haven't heard back from them yet.
