Phone has unregistered abnormally

Does anyone know what this means or can explain why this is happening? This is code that is showing:

Sep 25 14:08:00.621: %IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: 25: Name=SEP001FCAE97F29 Load=8.0(5.0) Last=Initialized
Sep 25 14:08:00.621: %IPPHONE-6-UNREGISTER_ABNORMAL: ephone-25:SEP001FCAE97F29 IP:10.1.1.30 Socket:15 DeviceType:Phone has unregistered abnormally.
Sep 25 14:08:00.621: %IPPHONE-6-REGISTER: ephone-25:SEP001FCAE97F29 IP:10.1.1.30 Socket:22 DeviceType:Phone has registered.

I am equating this error with the end-user telling me that they can't get any "dial-tone," can't make any calls internally or externally.

Phones unregistering

Phones unregistering abnormally can be cause by a number of things. Is the phone unregister/register continously?
