Hi All, This is a re-occurring problem which we are facing and we are trying to find a resolution to. Its been experienced across a number of sites, though admitedly its not as frequent on the new 4.6 build. Basically all that happens is when the client fields a call, intermittently the buttons don't change to allow the handset to then transfer or hold, it stays on the idle status, doesn't change to connected. This isn't a regular issue, but when there is a client on the line and you cannot hold, transfer or park a call, there isn't much you can do! Has anyone else experienced this, or (hopefully!) found the cause / solution! Thanks in advance! Andrew |

SOunds like it could be a firmware bug. What type of phones and firmware loads are you running?
