Personal Voice Queues

Is there any way to set up Personal Voice Queues with CME on the UC520 with CME 4.2
IE: A call is transfered to an extension that is busy. The caller has the option to: A) wait in a Queue for that extension
B) press something to go back to the operator
C) press something to leave a message.

Thanks

Download the ACD_TCL script

Download the ACD_TCL script from Cisco. It has the ability to queue calls if busy certain DN's are busy. The call flow would be as the following; call goes to CUE. Caller presses "0" and it releases back to CME. CME has a dialpeer matched based on incoming called # and sends the call to the ACD_TCL script on the router. At this point, the call is being handled by the router.

zero out

I'm not sure about the queue part (never heard of it), but the 'press a button to get back to the operator' is the 'zero out' number in CUE. So if you login to the CUE GUI, open the user's mailbox settings, and you will see the option for Zero Out. fill in the extension you want it to go to (the operator or AA or whatever), then when someone gets to that persons VM, they can press 0 to get out of the VM and go to the set destination. of course have your users record their VM greeting with a line such as 'if you would like to return to the operator press 0, otherwise leave me a message...'

setting the zero out number can also be done via VoiceView Express

Thanks, Yes we had that

Thanks,

Yes we had that working.
However we switched from an older Altien system that had the personal extension queues I mentioned and the owner would like that same option

The response I received from Cisco was:
"Unfortunately this is not supported. The option for you will be to do a custom script." and al link to Cisco TCL developers site.
