long distance calls
Hello
I have installed UC520 system with 4 pstn lines in our company. Every thing works fine except for making long distance calls. That means we cant make any phone calls where ever we have to add 1 in front of the phone number is not working including 1 800 numbers.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I dont know which country
I dont know which country you are from but this is not possible in the UK. BT restrict the exchange so that all outgoing call's use the main number. This is a restriction to stop fraud and prevent calls pretending to be from somewhere it isn't. I would speak with your telecoms provider before trying to fix something you cant do anything about.
Translation Rules
You do this by using Translation Rules. Example:
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /\(^1234$\)/ /555272\1/
----> rule 1 of voice translation-rule 1 appends 555272 to extension 1234
voice translation-profile outbound-CLID
translate calling 1
----> voice translation-profile outbound-CLID traslates calling party numbers; i.e. your internal extensions.
----> The translation profile is then applied to your outbound dial-peers (see below)
dial-peer voice 8000 pots
corlist outgoing local
description Outbound Local
translation-profile outgoing outbound-CLID
destination-pattern 8[2-9]......
