I have a UC 500 system in place. The customer mentions that when they forward to VM, they sometimes get a busy signal. Whether the person is on the line or not doesn't seem to matter. Any ideas on why this would be happening? Any suggestions on preventing a busy signal? Thanks! Matt |

How many people are on the system?
What version of code.... get to the latest.. A lot of little buggy things on the old versions.... for instance, the voice mail portion had a very chatty issue and would be very slow at times.. an upgrade fixed it.
