If you plan on trying to run the client in a terminal server enviroment dont even try. Its unbelievable that a big company like cisco can not even abide by simple program design practices. |

I have yet to play around with TAPI and/or TSP drivers for CUCE/CME however I have been working on a project where we were having problems with another PBX/manufacturer not being able to utilize TSP drivers in a terminal server environement. The solution so far has been a product called TapiServer from ESTOS (http://www.estos.com) my understanding is that it will work with any third-party TSP so I assume it would work with CME. Let me know how it works for you! They have a 45 day full trial.
