UC500.com Cisco CallManager Express, UC500 reference

A friend of mine, Alex Hannah, has started a new site devoted to Cisco's Unified Call Center Express product.  UCCX.net

It is a new site, so there is not a lot of content yet, but it is sure to become a popular site.  There just are not a lot of sites devoted UCCX outside of Cisco's site.

Alex brings a ton of real world experience and also teaches the Cisco Authorized curriculum for the product.
