Looks like Cisco has released the new higher capacity versions of the UC500 as they updated the data sheet for the UC500 with little to no fanfare this week. The Data Sheet is at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7293/products_data_sheet0900aecd8061fb06.html According to the data sheet all versions now support the VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 1-port VWIC-T1/E1 (PRI and CAS). Great news if you want PRI T-1 support.
New Versions also have an Optional Integrated T-1 on the 32/48 user form factors. |

UC520 - 32 user system
I am looking to replace our company phone system with a new VoIP based solution with intergration with salesforce.com.
The Cisco UC520 express series look good, seem to have all that required for a small business.
Auto attendant
voicemail to email
My question is if I purchase the 32 user bundle , does it include all the licenses, cables .. etc .. or will I have the base cost +++ issue
Also I am looking at PoE for the switches.
Thanks in advance for all you help

48 user?
Are you doing 48 user on UC500? I thought you can only do 8/16 users on that box. Are you refering to the CM Express for 48 users.
I did see that you had 2 switches on a uc500, will it register all the phones?
I thank you for your feed back.
