Hi All, Please let me know if somebody can help me in forwarding incoming calls to an extension. The outgoing calls are working fine. If somebody calls the number 93908500 I need to forward this to ext 100. My incoming calls configuration is : dial-peer voice 150 pots How do i forward the calls ? Whenever i dial that number it just give me a continues dial tone(kind of) and hangs after 10 - 15 seconds. Appreciate your help guys... Thanks |

forward incoming calls to an extension

The article is for directing calls to the auto attendant but you can use it for any extension. The trick seems to be the "connection plar opx" command. It is similar to DIT (direct inward termination) on a more classical pbx.
