Hi, I was testing voicemail etc on the UC520 and since I've activated the cell phone notification for only 1 user...the MWI light on all my others phones stop working...I try to refresh the MWI status with no succes.. Any idea? (1 vote) |

SIP Gateway
Few things to check:
- MWI OFF/ON DN's match in CUE and CME
- That SIP gateway is not changed from 10.1.10.2
- Make sure MWI is set to outcall (not subscriber)
