Hey guys, Just a quick question regarding the UC500 MOH feature. I want to plug in a mp3 player into the audio jack. How do I configure the system for live feed MOH? In the CCA, I can only select a music file. Thanks!

For the US folks at least - maybe others - be sure to check the copyright/licensing status on anything you play to the MOH. MP3s, boradcast radio, etc. I don't know all the rules, but I do know there's a big ol "Gotchya" hang'n out there to bite tender bits if you don't cover up ahead of time.

re MOH
The system always uses port 0/4/0 to stream the audio from the box. If you have a 3.5mm jack connected then it will play this source. You need to make sure that this is the case.
thanks
I think willpete is correct. It detected it automatically. Thanks.
MoH from an MP3 player
The system seems to detect if there is a source of audio from the front panal jack and substitute that audio for the internal MoH file. If you remove the MP3 player it reverts back to the internal file again automatically. At least that is what happened when I tested with my demo system.
I think it's only a WAV file
I think it's only a WAV file or external input. No streaming files as of yet.
