I am new the the UC520 and Cisco voice in general so please forgive me if this post seems low level, but is there a way to make a monitor button show a label instead of the extension? Is this something that can only be done via CLI? |

As Hoover said, it is the 'label' command under the ephone-dn in the configuration. Therefore, note that this label is the same on the phone itself and on the monitoring phone.
Not sure what this is in the GUI, but it is the same field that dictates what the label should be on the original phone.
