I tried to hardware reboot a 7941 the following way: Plugged in the power while holding down the "speaker" button, then entered "12345678980#". The phone does not go past the entry screen and the buttons are flashing. I did the same with a 7971 and it worked. Can anyone please help me with a solution for this. Morne
