I have a single hunt group with 3 members and an AA as the final in my huntlist. The second ephoe-dn in the hunt group cannot receive internal transfers (yes, when the phone is idle). The weird part is that the transferred call actually goes directly to voicemail.
I switched out phones to check for equipment problems, but it does the same thing. I recreated the DN, and checked to makes sure there's no call fwd all enabled. I've tried different phone loads and IOS software, no luck.
The problem only seems to happen on this one DN. I will be going on-site to troubleshoot sometime this week. My plan is to take the DN out of the hunt group to see if i can isolate the issue.
Has anyone seen this kind of behavior?

That was the phone load I started with. I have since upgraded to SCCP11.8-3-4SR1S with no result.

Very rarely, on CME (like on almost everything), strange things happens :(
Which phone is that and which FW on it ?
More Info
The phone model is a 7811G. There is only one button on the ephone config, and it is a regular appearance (button 1:10). The ephone-dn is dual-mode, call fwd busy and call fwd noan are both set to VM pilot. Callfwd All is not set.
I have erased and rebuilt both the ephone and ephone-dns, no luck.
It just seems so unlikely that this would only happen on the second member of a hunt-list, especially since I changed out phones and rebuilt the ephone and dn.
My customer said that the transfer problem seems to happen after they HLog out of the hunt group. I've tried various settings, such as using DND instead of HLog, but no luck. I'll be going on-site tomorrow to take a look. Hopefully I can come up with something.
Resolved
Got it fixed... and (of course) it was a dumb mistake on my part. For some reason I had an extra unassigned ephone-dn with the same number. I feel pretty stupid, but at least it's functional now.
