We have a UC500 24 user system with 15 local 7960's and two remote 7960's. The head site has a Cisco Pix 520 6.3(5) and the remote site has an ASA5405 7.X . The vpn tunnel comes up fine. Microsoft Remote Desktop Connections work fine. External calls work fine for any amount of time. Three digit internal calls work for about 4.5 minutes and then the phone disconnects / the screen goes blank and then returns to an idle state or the line on the remote stays off hook, but no voice is transmitted or received for a few seconds and the screen goes blank and returned to idle state. The UC500 network is 192.168.1.x / 24 and the Remote network is 192.168.1.X /24. The voice vlan is 10.1.1.X/24. It is almost like when the signal is only the RTP stream from an internal phone to the remote phone that no keep alive signaling is happening and the connection drops. Any help would be appreciated. |
