IDD Call using PIN number

Hi,

I need to configure CME with this scenario.
For IDD Call users need to insert PIN first then they can call 001 out.
how do I make this configuration ? do I need any third party application?

Hi Yamin,

I need to make you a lot of questions... before reply your question,

How much call users will access to this service?
Imperative They have an individual PIN (hard maintenance) or They can have the same PIN (easy maitenance for you)?
After the call users insert the correct PIN... What do you like happens? a dial tone? Will they need dial 001 to make outgoing calls?
