Please help me out with the configuration of the Auto attendent feature in UC520 available through the Cisco configuration assistant or through commant line. i am facing problem in installing cisco unity express file. as i have download the file from the cisco site but it's having name. cue-installer.nm-aim.3.1.2 but after clicking the file it's says unrecognised extension as it's having a .4 extension. I mange to hear the default aa script by dialing the specified extension but my role is to change the default auto attendent feature to something like my own specified option and extension. My own voice with welcome message and giving my own option say 0 to mapp to this no, 1 to this and so own. Please help me out if any body has solution to my answer. |

To summarize, you can use a Windows-based application called the CUE Script Editor to create pretty sophisticated scripts. Alternatively, you can use "Editor Express" which is a web-based script editor accessed via the CUE GUI that's easier to learn but doesn't have all the features of the Windows-based editor.
You then need to record your "prompts" (i.e., your welcome message telling the caller their options) and associate those prompts with your script. You can record them on a computer and upload them as .WAV files or configure something called Administration via Telephone (AvT) on the CME/CUE and record the prompts directly via a telephone.
