When a caller calls inbound to my office, and via the AA dials an extension and the extension is busy, instead of going straight to voicemail, I would like to give the caller the option to hold or leave a message. If the caller chooses to continue holding I want to give them the option every 60s.

I am thinking I need to use BACD to do this, but I am not sure where to start and what it should look like, anybody have any input?
