We have UC520 , just updated to 4.27. When trying to retreive any report from CUE using the Historical reporting client we receive this message - There were no report data to view in the date range selected - I have tried many date ranges and all of the report choices but receive same error. Additionally, when I log in to the CUE webgui and select 'Call History' from reports, it normally only displays calls that were made in the last 15 minutes. I do have Historical Reporting enabled using the Cue gui. |

dial-control-mib max-size 500

By default the system doesn't retain very many records for very long. This should give you about a weeks worth.

The two cli commands were successful. When I go to Cue Gui - Reports - Call History, I can see all of the calls since making the change. The Historical reporting client still does not pull up anything. Do I need to edit the two .ini files that the client uses? Thanks.

When using the cisco unified communications exprexx historical reports tool, it pulls back information on calls logged to 801 (our voice mail system) but no information on any calls either internal or external.
Does anyone have any experience on using this software and know why this does not work?
Using verion 3.0.3 of the reporting tool and version 12.4.22t system software
Any help would be greatly recieved
