Hi @ all, I have a sticky problem with the language files of the voice mail on a UC500. I`m running the lates IOS and now want to load the german language file cue-vm-de_DE-lang-pack.2.3.4.1.prt1 into the UC500. But it is not recognized by the CCA also it is surly in the right directory. I tried a factory reset as mentioned in the post before. Did anybody encounter a similar problem? Kind Regards Martin |

language file at CUE
Hi martin,
I select the language when I installing the CUE (UC520).
I only know this method to install a non original language (american english) to CUE.
I don´t use CCA to config the Cisco Unity Express, well... I don´t use CCA to nothing I always use directly the CLI.
1) login to CUE:
service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session
2) Reinstall CUE software:
software install clean url ftp://x.x.x.x/cue-vm.2.3.4.pkg
(y) yes, to continue
3) Select the CUE language to install.
(remember to input cue-vm-de_DE-lang-pack.2.3.4.1.prt1 in the same directory of main cue-vm.2.3.4.pkg)
4) Finish the installation and wait...
