help the helpless

after speaking to three vendors we decided we will go DIY with the uc500. i had no problem paying if they knew what they were doing. we asked some vendors about connecting dect phones on the FXS port i was informed not to do that as it takes a lot of time scripting and might not be worth the effort. the vendor didnt even know if the unit could do fax to email. So i decide lets buy the unit uc500 (8 seater 2bri) and cisco smartnet. bought some telephones over ebay. DIY cost us £1700.00 including uc500 and 4 X 7970G phones. vendor quoted £4500.00. The unit was easy to install, registered telephones in minutes, upgrade to the lastest firmware. I even tried the FXS port and the dect phones have no issues. I have been reading on BT's website according to them 6 digits are passed onto the network, Also on BT's website it said that the ISDN2e(BRI) should be set for NET3 and Point-to-point. is that true?
Can someone please confirm that BT only send the last 6 digits, so i can read upon call translation.

We want to create two hunt groups
A) Office (3 X 7670)
B) Warehouse (1 X 7670 + FXS Dect Phone )

All calls should be routed to Hunt Group A
We have 10 DDI ,
each ddi is assoicated with a company

when the phones ring in Hunt Group A the phones should show the name of the company the ddi is associated so the call operator can great the client according to the company called.

some help with scripting will be amazing.

Hi, point-to-point means you

Hi, point-to-point means you have to configure "isdn static-tei 0" under each BRi interface.
You can check yourself how many digits BT is sending with "debug isdn q931" and "term mon".
To see a string indicating the called number, configure "service dnis dir-lookup" and one or more "directory entry" under telephony-service.

All what you want to do is very doable, ask here again if you need help. It seems to me you've paid very little for the UC500 itself.
