When listening to a voicemail and selecting the option to forward it, users are asked to type the last,first name of the recipient, then given the option to press ## to enter an extension numerically. Customer would like to either have recipient selection only done by numeric input of the extension number or at the very least set numeric input as the default with alphabetic selection as the option. The Cisco NetPro forums give clear instructions of how to do this with the full call manager product, but the menus and dialogues they use are not present in CME. Can it be done? If so, any recommended reading on the config process? Thanks for your time. Colin |
