When I try to enter the web pages for Phones / Extensions or System Parameters in Unity Express, I'm given HTML errors from Internet Explorer. The same is true for Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

This is most likely either: -
This is most likely either:
- the CME GUI files are not all present or corrupt
- the CME GUI files are from a version not compatible with the CUE version you're running.
In both cases, the resolution is to simply load the GUI files that are supposed to work with the CME version you've got (maybe you upgraded IOS and didn't upgrade the GUI files) and make sure you can get to them without CUE. Once the CME GUI files work, then try it from CUE again.
